Lodash (Thailand) Company Limited (“the Company”, “SEOCROWN”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of users who use our SEOCROWN SaaS platform and services. We are committed to safeguarding your data and privacy in accordance with international standards and Google App Verification requirements.

1. Scope of Policy and Consent

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of SEOCROWN’s website, SaaS platform, APIs, and related services. By using our services, creating an account, or connecting a third-party account (such as Google), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and practices described herein, including the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your personal data. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or connect your accounts.

2. Affirmative Statement of Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

SEOCROWN hereby affirms compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, for all data obtained via Google Workspace APIs, Photos APIs, or other Google OAuth scopes.

  • We use data obtained from Google APIs strictly to provide and improve SEOCROWN’s core features as authorized by you.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or analytics unrelated to the core functionality of SEOCROWN.
  • We do not transfer, sell, or share Google user data with third parties, except as necessary to provide and secure SEOCROWN services, and always in accordance with Google policies.
  • If SEOCROWN applies AI or machine learning (AI/ML) models to Google user data, such processing is limited to your authorized purposes and always in compliance with Google’s Limited Use policy. AI/ML is never used for training, profiling, or any purposes beyond those authorized and disclosed here.
  • You may disconnect your Google account and request deletion of all associated data at any time.

3. Personal Information Collected

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services, including:

  • Account Registration: Name, email, company, business role, password, and contact details.
  • Platform Usage: Websites/domains, keywords, business strategy, customer groups, content you submit or analyze.
  • Google Account / API Data: If you authorize SEOCROWN to connect to your Google account (including Google Analytics), we access data strictly within the permissions (OAuth scopes) you grant:
    • Basic Google account information (such as email and identification—never your password)
    • Google Analytics Data: If you explicitly grant access, we access your Google Analytics data (such as traffic statistics, audience data, and performance metrics) solely to provide analytics and reporting features in SEOCROWN.
    • Other Google APIs (e.g., Search Console): We access only what you authorize.
    • You may disconnect your Google account and request deletion of all related data at any time.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies, session logs, system information for security and functionality.
  • Support & Communications: Queries, requests, or correspondence with our team (via email, chat, or forms).

We do not:

  • Use your Google Analytics data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes.
  • Share your Analytics data with third parties or data brokers.
  • Store your Analytics data longer than necessary for the requested analysis.

Note: SEOCROWN does not knowingly collect data from children under 18 or from users who lack legal consent.

4. Google Analytics Data Usage

If you connect your Google Analytics account to SEOCROWN, we will access and process analytics data only within the scopes you explicitly authorize. We use your Google Analytics data exclusively for:

  • Providing analytics, SEO insights, and reporting features within SEOCROWN
  • Generating on-demand reports and visualizations as requested by you

We do not:

  • Use your Google Analytics data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes
  • Share your Analytics data with third parties or data brokers
  • Store your Analytics data longer than necessary for the requested analysis

You may disconnect your Google Analytics account from SEOCROWN at any time via your account settings, and request deletion of all associated data.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

SEOCROWN uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Enable secure sign-in and session management
  • Analyze usage patterns and service performance
  • Store preferences and enhance functionality

You may disable cookies, but some features may not function properly.

6. Data Security

We employ strict security measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
  • Role-based access and authentication controls
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure management and immediate revocation of OAuth tokens upon user request

In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified in accordance with legal requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Google Analytics data accessed via API is kept only for the period needed to generate requested reports or analyses, and is deleted upon account disconnection or user request. Data may be retained longer for legal or regulatory compliance.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only as necessary.

  • With trusted affiliates and subprocessors under data protection agreements (solely for delivering our services)
  • With third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, cloud, email delivery) solely to operate or improve our platform
  • With government or legal authorities as required by law or court order
  • To protect the safety, rights, or property of the Company, our users, or others

We do not sell or rent your data for marketing. Any third-party access (including hosting or cloud services) is strictly limited and contractually protected.

  • Request deletion or anonymization of your information

We do not use Google Analytics (GA or GA4) for our own platform analytics, and we do not share your data with analytics providers for unrelated purposes. Data accessed from Google Analytics API or similar services is used only as authorized, for your requested analysis, and never for advertising, profiling, or tracking outside your account.

Our Privacy Policy applies only to SEOCROWN websites and services. Our platform may link to third-party websites or services (such as Google) for login, OAuth, or documentation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
