SEOCROWN – Terms of Service (TOS)

By accessing or using the SEOCROWN platform and any associated services or websites, you agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS") and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms herein. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are not licensed to use SEOCROWN

1. Definitions

  • "SEOCROWN" means the SaaS platform, web app, or service for automated SEO analysis, insights, and optimization features provided by Lodash (Thailand) Company Limited.
  • "Company", "Us", "Our" means Lodash (Thailand) Company Limited, the creator and copyright holder of SEOCROWN.
  • "User", "You" means any person, team, or entity using SEOCROWN services, whether as an account owner, authorized team member, or trial user.
  • "Client Data" means any website, keyword, project, API, or analytic information you submit, connect, or analyze via SEOCROWN.
  • "Subscription" means the purchased or trial-based access to SEOCROWN features or packages, as outlined on the website.

2. Account Registration and Use

  • To access premium or advanced features, you must register an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Each user is allowed one personal or company account; sharing, sublicensing, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at contact@seocrown.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Third-Party Integrations:
    • You may connect your Google account or other third-party integrations to SEOCROWN.
    • By connecting these accounts, you grant SEOCROWN permission to access only the data and services necessary to provide analytics, insights, and reporting features within our platform.
    • We will only access and use your Google Analytics or Google Search Console data with your explicit consent, and solely for the purpose of generating reports and analytics as requested by you
    • You may disconnect your third-party accounts and revoke access at any time via your account settings.

3. Use of SEOCROWN – General Terms

  • You agree to use SEOCROWN for lawful purposes only and not in violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • You are solely responsible for the data, websites, and content you input, analyze, or export.
  • SEOCROWN is provided as an analysis and recommendation platform. You understand that all results, reports, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to result in specific rankings, traffic, or outcomes.
  • You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation or security of SEOCROWN.

4. Features and Service Scope

  • SEOCROWN provides features including but not limited to: keyword research, ranking monitoring, technical SEO audits, site speed insights, backlink analysis, content optimization, competitor benchmarking, real-time dashboards, and API integrations.
  • Certain features may require integration with your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other third-party APIs, subject to your explicit authorization via secure OAuth consent screens.
  • The platform may update, add, or remove features at our sole discretion. Major changes will be communicated to users.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Trials

  • Access to premium features may require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and payment terms are specified on the SEOCROWN website.
  • Free trials may be offered at our discretion and are subject to eligibility and limitations described at sign-up.
  • Payment must be made through accepted methods as specified on our platform. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.

6. User Content & Data Responsibility

  • All data, content, and websites you connect or analyze via SEOCROWN remain your responsibility.
  • You confirm you have all rights and authorizations to use, upload, or connect such data.
  • You must not input, share, or analyze content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights, including intellectual property.
  • SEOCROWN is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or safety of the data you provide or connect.

7. Platform Availability, Updates, and Support

  • SEOCROWN strives for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may occur.
  • We reserve the right to change, upgrade, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform with or without prior notice.
  • Support is available via email at contact@seocrown.ai and as otherwise described on our website.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • Our Privacy Policy governs all personal and client data processed through SEOCROWN. By using the service, you agree to this policy.
  • Purpose of Google Data Usage:
    • SEOCROWN accesses your Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console data only with your explicit authorization and only for the purpose of providing SEO, analytics, and reporting features within the SEOCROWN platform.
    • We do not use your Google data for advertising or marketing, nor do we share it with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
  • Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is deleted upon account termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You may revoke our access and request data deletion at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SEOCROWN is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
  • The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from use, inability to use, or reliance on SEOCROWN, except where required by law.
  • You release us from all claims, demands, and damages in connection with your use of the platform or any third-party integrations.

10. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, illegal activities, or non-payment, at our sole discretion.
  • You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, features, technology, designs, and intellectual property are owned by Lodash (Thailand) Company Limited and protected by law.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of SEOCROWN without explicit written permission.
  • User-generated data or reports may be used for your internal business use only.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SEOCROWN regarding platform use and supersede any prior agreements.
  • Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
